Bollywood is a place where you can have a long race, provided you have talent. Heroes, especially have a longer life span in Bollywood as compared to heroines who take a break for different reasons like marriage, kids, etc.

Our film industry has seen a few heroes evolving over the past two decades or even more. They had come into the industry way back in the 90s and are ruling over Bollywood even today. But along with their acting, their looks have evolved too over all these years. Let us look at few heroes who have undergone a major transformation from their debut movie to their latest movie.

Saif Ali Khan  –  From Parampara (1992) to Phantom (2015), Saif Ali Khan has not only become an excellent actor but also changed his image completely. From a chocolate boy image, he has managed to get that rugged look with a beard.

Amir Khan – From Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak (1988) to Dangal (unreleased, 2016), this man has never thought twice to experiment with his looks. Be it in Ghajini or PK, he has tried a new look. Apart from being an excellent actor, Amir has also changed from the chocolate boy look to the tough wrestler look.

Salman Khan – From Maine Pyar Kiya (1989) to Sultan (2016), the Bhaijaan of B-Town has come a long way. Not only has he become a better actor with every passing role, but his looks have also undergone a huge change from the lean muscular boy look to a strong muscular man image.

Akshay Kumar – From Saugandh (1991) to Rustom (unreleased, 2016), the Khiladi of Bollywood has undergone a major metamorphosis. Apart from a huge improvement in his acting skills, Akshay Kumar has evolved from tough to tougher to toughest look. His toned body with that chiseled jawline is any guy’s dream.

Ajay Devgan – Right from his debut movie, Phool Aur Kaante (1991) to Drishyam (2015), Ajay Devgan has always remained a brilliant actor. But as far as his looks are considered, he has come a long way to get that muscular physique.

Shah Rukh Khan – From Deewana (1991) to Raees (2016, unreleased), the Badshah of Bollywood has come a long way. Apart from achieving superstardom with his brilliant acting, Shah Rukh has also changed from an easy-to-reach boy next door to an unattainable superstar image.

Sunny Deol – From Arjun (1985) to Ghayal Once Again (2016), Sunny Deol’s dhai  kilo ka haath seems to have changed to paanch kilo ka haath .
